Most units are built and delivered within about a week of your order. We build fresh to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. We’ll confirm a delivery window with you after your order is placed.

Our units are designed to hold most standard 27-gallon totes. We’ve confirmed fit with totes from Costco and Sam’s Club. Tote dimensions can vary slightly by brand, so if you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we can confirm compatibility.

Yes. Your unit arrives fully assembled and ready to load. We deliver it to your garage and place it where you want it. Optional installation service available for $75 to $100 if you would like us to anchor it in place.

We serve Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Raleigh, Apex, and Morrisville. Delivery is included within 15 miles of Durham. A travel fee may apply beyond that. Contact us and we will work it out.

No. Totes are not included. We build the rack and you supply the bins. Standard 27-gallon totes are available at Costco, Sam’s Club, and similar retailers.

Absolutely. Our standard sizes cover most needs, but if you need something specific, a different number of rows, a taller unit, or a special configuration, call or text us and we will build it to your specs.
