Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with That Shelf Guy, a DBA of Bull City Handyman LLC, located in Durham, NC.
By placing an order you agree to these terms.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders require full payment at the time of order. We accept credit and debit cards via Square, and cash.
All prices listed on our website do not include North Carolina sales tax of 7.5%, which will be added at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
All units are built fresh to order. Standard production and delivery time is approximately one week from the date of order. We will confirm your delivery window after your order is placed.
Delivery is included within 15 miles of Durham, NC. An additional travel fee may apply for deliveries beyond 15 miles. We will communicate any travel fee before confirming your order.
We deliver to the Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Raleigh, Apex, and Morrisville areas.
INSTALLATION
Basic placement of your unit at your delivery location is included. Wall anchoring and installation is available for an additional fee of $75-$100 depending on your space. Installation must be requested at the time of order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom sized units are available. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as materials will have been purchased for your build.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
We do not accept returns on completed units that have been delivered and accepted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
That Shelf Guy and Bull City Handyman LLC are not liable for any damages resulting from improper use, overloading, or modification of our products. Our units are built for standard household storage use.
Maximum weight capacity varies by unit size. Do not exceed recommended weight limits.
